If you prefer not to eat animals then substituting their meat is possible with tofu which is the most common substitute. Nondairy milk and butter versions are available for your vegan meal and the former is perfect for creamy recipes. The milk is from cashew, hemp, almond, soy and coconut which are dairy cream alternatives. When butter is needed, use nondairy versions or coconut oi.
